Recipes of Christmas Pudding

Christmas pudding is the dessert traditionally served on Christmas day. It has its origins in England, and is sometimes known as plum pudding, though this can also refer to other kinds of boiled pudding involving a lot of dried fruit.

In our previous Recipes we have give you the recipes about how to make a Christmas bread butter cookies. now how about to make a Christmas Pudding as the Dessert in your Christmas Day.

OK here is the Material that you need..

Material I:
400 ml of liquid milk.
½ packet gelatin powder.
⅛ teaspoon salt.
75 g sugar.
20 g cocoa powder.
50 g dark cooking chocolate, cut into pieces.
¼ teaspoon brown paste.
1 egg yolk.

Material II:
400 ml of water.
1 teaspoon gelatin powder.
½ tsp instant jelly.
60 g sugar.
10 drops mocha paste.

Material III:
400 ml of liquid milk.
1 packet gelatin powder.
25 g sugar.
3 egg whites.
¼ tsp salt.
75 g sugar.
50 g brown meises.

Vla Ingredients:
300 ml of liquid milk.
1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
50 g dark cooking chocolate, cut into pieces.
50 g sugar.
2 ½ teaspoons cornstarch.

How to Make:

1.Materials I: Boil liquid milk, gelatin, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder, stirring until boiling.
2.Enter a thick piece of cooking chocolate and chocolate pasta. Stir until the chocolate has dissolved. Take a little dough. Add the egg yolk. Mix well. Turn off the fire. Pour the mixture back to boiling milk, stirring frequently. Build a fire. Stir until boiling.
3.Take 150 ml of the mixture. Pour the jelly mold form stars. Freeze.
4.Material II: Boil water, gelatin, instant jelly, sugar, and mocha paste, stirring until boiling.
5.Pour 150 ml in the bottom of the pan diameter 20 cm high 7 cm. Tata star pudding. Let the half-frozen.
6.Pour the rest of Materials II. Let the half-frozen.
7. Boil liquid milk, gelatin, and sugar, stirring until boiling. Set aside.
8.Beat the egg whites and salt until half expanded. Add sugar a little as he whipped until fluffy.
9.Pour the boiling milk while shaken at low speed. Add messes. Mix well. Pour over Material II.
10.Pour the remaining material I already heated. Freeze.

Material to make Chocolate Butter Christmas Cookies

200 g smooth peanut butter
125 g margarine
75 g brown sugar
60 g sugar
1 Chicken Egg
75 g chocolate candy colored

Sift:

175 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 / 2 tsp vanilla powder

How to make:

# Beat peanut butter, margarine, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth.
# Add the eggs, beat until blended.
# Add the flour mixture, stirring until blended.
# Form the dough with 2 teaspoons to become the balls.
# Put in the pan flat, ornamented with a chocolate candy press gently.
# Bake in hot oven 170 C for 25 minutes until cooked.
Remove and chill.
