Christmas Cinnamon Bread Recipes

How about to eat a cinnamon bread in our christmas time?? wanna make it?? here's the recipe and the method to make it

This recipe makes a delicious, traditional Christmas spice bread.

Ingredients
4 cups (1 pound) of strong grain flour, soft white
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oatmeal
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 / pint hot water 2

for filling and cover:
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method
- Put the flour, sugar, salt and oats in a hot pot.
- Mix the yeast with some water, pour into dry ingredients.
- Mix with water remaining in soft dough.
- Knead on a floured board for 10 minutes.
- Make the bread into a rectangle, spread with filling mixture of butter, sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll into a tube along the edges of closure and twisted S-shaped
- Brush with remaining butter and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Leave to prove until double in size.
- Bake in a preheated oven 190oC/375oF/gas mark 5 for 30 minutes.
